Collander

Grind my bulk with wooden
handle going round in
circles until holes
ooze messy
pulp

bruised flesh broken away
from seed and skin
makes tasty
jam for
toast

It seems like breaking and crushing is always necessary to release the sweetness, huh?

I taste it on my tongue now...sweet with a tiny tang!

Kathleen. Your mother comment over at the Wellspring wrapped me up in your arms and made me cry. How did you know? And then I received the beautiful blessing you sent. It means even more now.

Thank you. Thank you. You bless me so.

Hello Miss Kathleen.

Doing the same thing around here, both with fruit and my heart.
